The Telecommunications Value Index (TVi©) was developed by EUC in 2000 to capture, quantify and benchmark the Value Ledger as well as the Carrier Performance that underpins telecommunications contracts.
 

Understanding, quantifying and evaluating the Value Ledger is the key to maximising the value received by your company from the carrier.
In addition, being able to identify and prioritise the key performance indicators across your key stakeholders enables an engagement model to be constructed by your carrier that addresses your current and future expectations from a carrier performance perspective.
