The TVi© report is generally presented to Customer and Carrier jointly.
It identifies the internal variances between the priorities of the key stakeholders as well as any disconnect with the Carrier Account Team.
The carrier’s performance in meeting the expectations of the stakeholders, “in doing their job” is also quantified as is the perception of the carrier’s capability to service your requirements in the future across your key priorities.
When you overlay the current Value Ledger and refine it to ensure you are receiving value-added services that DO add value, the outcome provides a blueprint for the development of an engagement model based on your wants and needs.
Conducting a regular TVi© identifies and quantifies the evolution of your priorities and the carrier’s performance to ensure that the engagement model, as well as the Value Ledger evolve in parallel.
