Telecommunications Relationship Benchmarking (TRB) |

To assist EUC to assess the quality of the existing relationship between client and carrier, EUC has developed Telecommunication Relationship Benchmarking (TRB). The issues included in the TRB have been identified by our clients. These issues represent the primary issues, that our clients believe impact on the quality of their relationship with their current provider. The TRB is conducted with all key users (someone who engages regularly with the incumbent carrier,or is a major user/consumer of their services) across an organisation. The final TRB report provides a valuable, independent insight to the incumbent carrier of the perception key personnel within a business have, of the incumbent’s historical performance and of their future capability re the specific issues that impact on each key user. In turn, the TRB assists the business in understanding their internal perceptions and priorities.By conducting a regular TRB, and presenting it openly and independently to both the incumbent carrier and the client, the relationship is enhanced via the sharing of perceived performance levels and the agreement on realistic, deliverable solutions to the issues confronting the key users across the organisation.
